Style 530 Gland Packing

   Pure PTFE food grade packing
 

Style 530 is manufactured from pure PTFE yarn. This packing does not have any additional lubricants added. PTFE has the lowest friction coefficient for any solid which reduces breakaway friction in pumps and valves and assures long life.

Style 530 Packing is recommended in chemical processes, Food Industries, Pharmaceutical and other applications where contamination is not allowed. It may be used in all chemicals except in molten alkali metals.

In particular style 530 is for use in applications where no contamination is allowed.

·        Surfaces Speed up to 20M/sec.
·        Pressure up to 40 bar.
